The cartography service is dedicated to those who must submit an application for subjection to the verification of regional environmental impact pursuant to art. 20 part two of Legislative Decree 152/06 and subsequent amendments, relating to waste treatment plants falling within the cases envisaged by the annexes to the second part of the aforementioned legislative decree. In particular, this service can be used by those who must perform the calculations and fill in the forms as per DGR n. 8/11317 del 10 febbraio 2010. Furthermore, within the cartography service it is possible to verify if the project must be subjected to Incidence Assessment (VIC) or Verification of being subject to the VIC according to the provisions of the L.R. 36/2017 (Amendment of Law 5/2010) to the art. 10, paragraph 1, letter d), point 6).
