Definition of abandoned areas

- for disused production areas, means those comprising areas of industrial, craft, tertiary and commercial use, with a covered area of more than two thousand square meters, in which the disposition condition, characterized by the cessation of economic activities on more than fifty percent of the surfaces blankets, it has continued uninterruptedly for over four years (Article 7 paragraph 1 of Regional Law 1/2007);

- for disused areas other than the production one, we mean areas with a covered area of more than five thousand square meters, and which concern:

   - agricultural settlements, for which the dismissal condition has continued uninterruptedly for over three years (Article 89 paragraph 3-bis of the Regional Law 12/2005);

   - public services and residential settlements, for which the disposition condition has continued uninterruptedly for over four years.
